I went up on the workout weight today, and I think I may have to plateau here a while with the rests I had to take. Humidity is up, and one rest was me going back into the house for water. I used the second barbell for the warm-up weight again, and it worked much better this time. I put my hands outside the iron plates instead of trying to keep them on the inside. So now all I’m left with is having to change the iron plates on my dumbbells. I need to buy another pair of 2.5 plates; I never have enough of those to use.
