Now that the weather is evening out, I think I'm going to scale up my fitness schedule to every other day out at the weights. Until I notice bad effects. Hopefully the crap interfering with sleep has ended and I can get up on time.

For the health update, my numbers stayed the same since my last visit in November. I threw all conceot of sticking to the diet out the window for the last couple of months, so I'm fairly sure that didn't help. I think I'm going to pass Mom my South Beach Diet cookbooks and beg for meals conforming to the plan.

Since 500mg of metformin three times a day did not agree with my digestive track, the doctor switched me to Glumetza 500mg three times a day. I also got an Adpex refill and cosmetic treatment for the hair on my face. I haven't filled all of them yet; waiting for the paycheck.
