Weekly Check-In

This twelve-week period seems to be crawling by much slower than the other two twelve-week periods I have gone through. But I have got the bands out of the gym locker--and hopefully I can get the membership paid before they decide to throw out my shoes. :p

Monday will be me going back to the yoga workout in the morning, but it will only be every other day. So let me breakdown a schedule.

Sunday = yoga hip-openers routine after thirty minutes on computer
Monday = Element: Yoga for Beginners
Tuesday = rest
Wednesday = Yogalates Workout One
Thursday = rest
Friday = Yogalates Workout Two
Saturday = yoga hip-openers routine after thirty minutes on computer
