I'll spare you the full gist of it and I know I'm not supposed to get hung up on numbers. But I have to admit, it's a lot easier to do that when the numbers go down. I also haven't been keeping up with the Yoga and Yogalites either, which I need to change this week.

I'm still worried about the left shoulder. I haven't noticed any weakness in daily activities, and the fatigue is only noticeable after the dumbbell rows set. There's no pain with the movement, no swelling, no need to ice down, so I'm probably just being overly concerned.
