Exercise Catch Up

Walking 2: 03/03/2008

Thirty minutes equaled 4207 steps. I still need to switch the measurements over so I can see how many miles that is.

Iron Experiment Redux 4: 03/05/2008

The workout weight remains twenty pounds and fifteen pounds.

Iron Experiment Redux 5: 03/09/2008

I got my workout in, but not with my home gym set-up. Time changed kicked my ass and I had to go to Lafayette to collect assets for Acadiana Medieval Faire. So I ended up hauling lumber and tents and cast iron props into my car and back out again.

My stupid move: forgetting to eat breakfast. I didn’t eat anything until after the job was done, which was about 4:30pm. I don’t recommend that even if intermittent fasting is good for your body.

Iron Experiment Redux 6: 03/16/2008

Back to the home gym, yeah! And a good thing I took my allergy meds before going out because the black weight bench had turned yellow from pollen sticking to it.

I’m sticking with twenty and fifteen pounds I established last week. I don’t think I’ve lost anything with missing a workout last week, but the true test will be next week if I need to increase weight again.

The weight is creeping up. Argh! I know it’s supposed to do that as I build muscle, but I was really hoping it would hover around 178 for a few more weeks.
