Another nice thing about mass transit

Accidents are really low.

Yeap, I was rear-ended again while leaving work for a change of pace. This time the bumper must be replaced. I don't know how my neck, shoulders, and back are going to be, right now I'm cruising on low dose pain killers and alternating ice and heat packs.

And I missed my Dante class after I went nuts getting the report I was supposed to give done.

So tomorrow, I get to see just how bad this is and make my phone calls on it. Whether I do it from home or work depends on my back.

And this is hysterical and true at the same time. It worked for Lysistrata.

Might be time to start mass transiting? :)

Hope your neck shoulders and back pull up okay.

Oh I so totally want to go with mass transit.

The problem? It's not offered.

I'm taking today off due to stiffness and catching up on everything.

Sorry to hear about your latest dose of unluck. I hope nothing serious comes of it.

I had a hard time reading that link. While I agree that not having sex is a viable problem-solving technique, I think it's a bit overly paranoid to think that there is a conspiracy to stop women from having orgrasms.

Honey, you've got to take the MAGNET out of the BOOT.

Mez :)

You do a cartoon a favor and they leave a magnet in your trunk. *Sigh*

And of course, since Kindra was home that meant she is really free to do everything but what she needs to do. I need a T-shirt with the George Burns quote on families.

Going to a doctor tomorrow, the earliest I could get an appointment. I have to see if it'll still be okay for me to workout. I'm also going to talk about my stress levels. I don't want to use all my sick time, but I need a break to concentrate on what I'm panicking about but limited to free time to work on.

Oh and the link is really about women not being in control of their own bodies by a patriarchal government/society that knows what's best for them.

Ask a woman trying to get her tube tied because she doesn't want any kids ever. The first thing the doctor will say (especially if she's in her 20s) is "you will change your mind."

Why isn't the Plan B over-the-counter like condoms and like the FDA inside scientists recommended which the head hancho Bush appointee vetoed? (That scientist quit the FDA too.)

I'm not claiming a vast conspiracy, but it is a factor of Western civilization. Hell, I don't even think the one doing it even realize it's a control issue since it's so tied up in religious babble. But you strip that away and you're left with a woman is only a uterus and she doesn't know what to do with it so we must tell her for her own good.

The ability to give birth is sacred, but it doesn't take away my ability to think thank you very much.
